Definitions: The "Company" refers to TradeToolShop.com. The "Buyer" refers to the purchaser of the goods.
Summary: The Company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.
Payment: Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer untill The Company has received payment for the goods in full, prior to despatch of any goods. Payment in full must be received and the funds cleared before any goods are despatched. The Company can accept payment in many ways, including credit or debit cards either from our secure server shopping cart software or via telephone or post. We make no additional charge for this.
Prices: Prices stated for these goods are correct as of this date, but are subject to change due to market fluctuation and / or revision.
Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
a. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
b. We do not deliver to your area.
c. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
VAT: The Company show all prices, both net and VAT exclusive.
Fitness for purpose: The Company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods supplied to the buyer. The Company has no direct or indirect control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. Any advice offered by The Company is offered in good faith, but it is up to the buyer to ensure that the product purchased is suitable for the intended installation and fitted in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and local building regulations.
Liability: The companies liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the cost of the goods supplied. The Company shall be under no obligation to reimburse any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the buyer or any third parties.
Guarantees and Warranties: All products are covered by manufacturers warranties. Faulty goods must be reported as soon as possible (but within 7 days of delivery). This does not affect your rights as a consumer. We can only take faulty goods back under warranty if the goods have been purchased from us - we will require proof of purchase before accepting goods back for a warranty claim. No warranty claims will be considered if the goods can be included in, but not limited to, the following list: Have been abused, tampered with, incorrectly installed or used for applications which are not suitable.
Returns policy: All products returned must be returned at the buyers cost and will be refunded in full (less the carriage charge). All items returned must be in original packaging, in good condition and ONLY returned after contacting TradeToolShop. Com for a returns number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any "special order" or specially manufactered items for credit.
We fully comply with the merchant obligations of "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000". All customers are entitled to a seven day "cooling off" period in which time all goods can be returned for full credit (less any delivery charges). All goods being returned in this manner, must be accompanied by either a copy of our invoice, our order acknowledgement or our delivery note. The goods must be in the original packaging, in good condition and ONLY returned after contacting TradeToolShop.Com for a returns number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE COMPANY AND A VALID RETURNS NUMBER BEING ISSUED.
