Tradetoolshop.com deliver any where in mainland UK. We deliver direct to your preferred address, but we do require a signature. If you cannot check the goods at the point of delivery, the goods must be signed for using the clarification "Damaged". If the goods are signed for without adding this additional clarification, we cannot attempt a claim from our carriers and will therefore not be able to process your claim for goods damaged in transit.
It is possible for us to accept instructions to leave goods without a signature. If you request this we will be unable to offer any recourse in the event of non delivery or damage on delivery. Please check with your credit card company if this effects your rights.
We despatch from one large warehouse and keep the majority of products in stock for immediate despatch.
We use the services of Interlink, Tuffnells and TNT to despatch all of our orders. We offer a next day service (Not Saturdays) if your order is placed BEFORE 12.30pm. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100.00 net. On smaller orders we charge a £6.50 carriage fee.
